Comair offshore compressors have been widely used and accepted by clients for their offshore & FPSO platforms. The major required applications are oil & gas well drilling, gas compression, gas lifting, gas gathering, flare gas recovery, well testing, motion compensation, instrument air, seismic exploration, breathing air, engine starting, leakage testing, pipeline purging, and bubble curtain.
For Comair offshore compressors, quality is never just a promise. Instead, it is a fact. All the offshore compressors are subject to a 12-hour endurance test at final pressure, and an inspection certificate will be issued after final inspection. Both static and dynamic leak rates will be tested. As a result, our offshore compressors will provide unparalleled leak tightness to your offshore operation.
We have, by far, supplied over 50 units of offshore compressors for operation under Zone 2 hazardous conditions. They keep running without any problems ever after their initial operations. For diesel-driven compressors, we will install a spark arrestor and an air inlet shutdown valve for Zone 2 hazardous areas; for electrical-driven compressors, all the electrical parts will be certified with at least Eex-d IIC T4 and IP 55 protection grade.
